Concept Description: The memorial is a spiral-shaped structure symbolizing the journey from despair to hope. The spiral begins at the bottom with jagged, rusted steel, representing the suffering and dehumanization of the Holocaust. As the structure ascends, the materials transition to smooth, polished glass, symbolizing resilience, memory, and the enduring light of humanity.
The spiral is designed to be interactive. Visitors can walk through the structure, experiencing the emotional journey it represents. The inside walls are engraved with significant quotes from Night, such as “For the dead and the living, we must bear witness.” Artifacts like broken chains, fragments of Torah scrolls, and candles are embedded in the structure, highlighting the spiritual, physical, and psychological trials Wiesel endured.

Crea un toroide con lineas curvas que vayan rodeando el cuerpo del toroide de forma transversal.
